  • I am only accepting new and inexperience people ages 10 and up who only had a few months of training . So if you have more than 3 months of training, currently training at another gym, or has competed, please look for another gym.

  • Private training is only available for kids ages 6-10. The price for this will be different from the membership price.

  • Please do not have the mindset of doing “fitness”, MMA or competition when being here. It will take away from the goal of actually learning Martial Arts and Self Defense. For those that wants to compete down the road, it takes a long time to get this going so let me determine that in time for you.

  • You are not here to use the gym as a form of socializing and creating “clicks”. You are here for the purpose of training and working with everyone.

  • Parents, my gym is not for babysitting or for you to be a coach. Please sit quietly or you can leave and come back when class is over. Also, please do not have this mentality that your child can do no wrong and is great at everything when it comes to doing Martial Arts. Just accept that if I do not accept them as a student or if I cancel there membership, it just did not work out.

RULES OF THE GYM

  • YOU ARE NOT A FIGHTER OR A COMPETITOR WHEN YOU START AT MY GYM SO PLEASE DONT ACT LIKE ONE.

  • CHECK YOUR EGO AND LEAVE YOUR LIFE PROBLEMS AT THE DOOR. MY GYM IS A DRAMA FREE ZONE AND I ONLY WANT POSITIVE VIBES AND PEOPLE.

  • DO NOT WEAR JEANS. PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING MORE COMFORTABLE LIKE SHORTS OR SWEATPANT.

  • NO SHOES ON THE MAT, PLEASE PLACE YOUR SHOES ON THE RACK NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE.

  • FOR THE PARENTS WHO HAVE YOUNG ONES THAT ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, MISBEHAVING WILL RESULT IN PUNISHMENT WORKOUTS LIKE PUSHUPS OR BURPEES FOR YOUR YOUNG ONE. IF THEY CONTINUE, I WILL CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP. I WILL NOT HAVE PATIENCE FOR PROBLEMATIC KIDS AT MY GYM SO PLEASE TALK WITH THEM ABOUT THIS.

  • PLACE ALL YOUR BAGS OR BELONGING ON SHELVES.

  • FOR JIU JITSU, NAILS SHOULD BE CUT AND WEAR DRY CLOTHING UNDER YOUR GI.

  • RESPECT PEOPLE AND SPACES WHEN THERES MINIMAL ROOM DURING CLASS.

  • DO NOT COACH ANYONE AT MY GYM ON TECHNIQUES. THATS WHAT THE INSTRUCTORS ARE THERE FOR. CALL US IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH THIS.

  • STAY OFF THE MAT WHEN THERES A CLASS GOING ON. NO HITTING BAGS DURING CLASSES.

  • RESPECT THE KIDS THAT ARE DOING THE CLASS BY NOT SAYING ANY NEGATIVE WORDS OR CONVERSATIONS.

  • SANITIZE WHAT YOU USE AT THE GYM. WE HAVE SANITIZE STATIONS SO FEEL FREE TO USE IT.

  • PLEASE ASK US ANY QUESTIONS. WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR NEGATIVE TOXIC PEOPLE WHO THINKS THEY’RE ABOVE EVERYONE. ONCE YOU BECOME THIS KIND OF PEOPLE, I DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE WELCOME BACK. MY ACADEMY IS MADE JUST TO ENJOY THE TRAINING AND THE ENVIRONMENT. THERE ARE OTHER GYMS THAT WOULD GLADLY TAKE THESE EGO MINDED FOLKS SO PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME. I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB ALONG WITH DOING THIS SO I DONT NEED THE HEADACHE. THE “7 RULES OF LIFE” QUOTE THAT I POSTED ON THIS PAGE IS WHAT I BELIEVE IN SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRY OUT MY GYM, PLEASE HAVE SAME MINDSET THATS ON THAT QUOTE.
